Bclearly is a spending and budget tracking app published by AMEDOMEY Roméo David ("we"). Contact: contact@bclearly.app.
Summary
- Your data stays on your device. Bclearly has no server: your transactions, budgets, categories and projects are stored only on your phone.
- We do not see, collect, sell or share any of your data.
- No ads, no analytics, no trackers.
Data stored on your device
What you enter in the app: amounts, dates, categories, notes, accounts, budgets, projects, recurring transactions, and your preferences (language, country, currency, alerts, lock). This data never leaves your device unless you export it yourself.

Backup, export and import
Backup (JSON) and export (CSV) files are only created when you ask for them and saved where you choose. You are responsible for keeping and sharing them.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling Bclearly deletes all app data from your device.
This website
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Its host (Cloudflare, Inc. (Cloudflare Pages)) may keep technical logs (IP address, date, requested page) for security and to keep the service running.
Children
Bclearly is not specifically aimed at children and collects no personal data.
Changes
If Bclearly ever offers an online account or sync, this policy will be updated before those features go live, and they will remain optional.
